I am especially fond of CALM's 10 Minute Daily Calm, which you can do on your own or with a friend or parent or child. Most of us can find 10 minutes! I try to do each morning before I start my day. Check it out and see what you think. Staying in the moment, raising our threshold for feeling stress, helps to decrease the negative impact of stress on the body, mind and spirit.
