Though we are involved with issues related to natural health & healing, we also know that the suffering of others has an impact on all of us. And the goal of good medicine is to help all people.
We have all been saddened and felt powerless with the ongoing news of the desperate situation in Syria. The stories and images in the media of refugee families are often heartbreaking. In these difficult times for so many people fleeing war, poverty and oppression, many of us are looking for ways to help.
We would like to encourage you to donate to the Syrian American Medical Society, which is working to provide essential medical care in a country where the need is high and the infrastructure is beyond fractured. Donations can be made here.
